Statiune turistica de vanzare Brasov Fundata, culoarul Rucar Bran, aflata in topul zonelor cu cel mai curat aer si cea mai pura apa din Romania!
Proprietate unica cu pozitionare geografica superba, in mijlocul celor mai reprezentative masive muntoase romanesti, ce creeaza premise imense de dezvoltare continua, pe termen scurt, mediu sau lung.

Statiunea Fundata (jud. Brasov) se afla in cea mai inalta localitate din Romania, situata la o altitudine de 1360 m, intr-o zona turistica cu traditie ce separa masivele muntoase Bucegilor si Leaotei de Iezer si Muntii Piatra Craiului.
Culoarul este strabatut de soseaua transcarpatica DN73/ E574, care leaga Brasovul de Campulung Muscel si trece prin cele doua localitati care-i dau numele, Bran si Rucar.

Exista multe obiective turistice ale zonei cum ar fi: Cheile si Pestera Dambovicioarei, Pestera cu lilieci din satul Pestera, Rezervatia de ursi Zarnesti, iar la doar 15 km Castelul Bran si Cetatea Medievala Rasnov.

Vizitatorii pot alege dintr-o gama larga de activitati in aer liber: drumetii pe Cheile Dambovicioarei, alpinism, tiroliana, schi si snowboard pe partia de schi Bran-Zanoaga, cu o lungime de 1.000 de metri, care este disponibila in cea mai mare parte a anului.

Anul finalizarii constructiei a fost 2008, iar pe parcursul anilor s-au construit alte anexe si s-au adus imbunatatiri constructiilor.
In momentul actual statiunea are in componenta sa urmatoarele:
a) Teren intravilan generos, 44.143 mp, ce ofera posibilitatea de extindere si dezvoltare a unui parc de aventura;
b) 4000 mp construiti. Suprafata terenului ocupat cu cladiri, drumuri, alei, anexe si dependinte este de 11.000 mp, iar diferenta de 33.143 mp este liber;
c) 6 cladiri construite din caramida si beton, complet mobilate si utilate ce beneficiaza de o capacitate totala de cazare de 120 locuri repartizate in 42 camere. Imobilele sunt dotate cu 6 centrale electrice pentru incalzire si 6 centrale pe lemn;
d) Baza sportiva formata din: teren de fotbal atestat FIFA, teren de Tenis atestat ATP, teren de tenis-fotbal (tenis cu piciorul). Terenurile de sport sunt amenajate pe fundatie de beton, acoperite cu gazon sintetic si inconjurate cu gard de 4 m inaltime. Toate dispun de instalatie de nocturna;
e) 4 sali foarte mari cu urmatoarele suprafete: Restaurant 146 mp, Sala de Conferinte 156 mp, Sala de jocuri 141 mp (tenis de masa, billiard, jocuri de societate), Sala multifunctionala 450 mp;
f) Aventura-Park (tiroliene, tir cu arcul, partie de sanie si snow-tubing);
g) Patru foisoare de vara din lemn masiv, mobilate, plus doua terase (una semi inchisa, a doua complet deschisa);
h) Parcare interioara;
i) Instalatie de Panouri Fotovoltaice cu o capacitate de 60 kwh.

Toate spatiile construite dispun de avizele de constructie si functionare valabile, inclusiv de la mediu si ISU, iar spatiile verzi sunt amenajate si decorate cu elemente de lemn.

Utilitati: curent electric, retea de apa curenta, canalizare proprie, gaz butan, televiziune prin fibra optica, internet wireless fibra optica.
